Alessio Carnevale’s favorite childhood memories come from his uncle’s gelato shop in Calabria, Italy.
“One summer, my uncle broke his arm, and my mother said I needed to help him out in the shop. It was really hard work, but I fell in love with gelato-making that summer”
Our very first ice cream flavor was Mocha Licorice delight, and we scooped it from a tiny, 2 gallon home ice cream maker machine. The feedback we got (from our neighbors, and their friends) was incredible, and a dream was born.
We strive to create incredible homemade ice creams that taste as good as they look. We mix and match unusual combinations so that every scoop that we serve meets your highest ice cream expectations.
